The cabins
Interiors run modern and calm — white walls, timber, designer kitchens and dining tables set for long breakfasts — while outside it is all farm: sheep, big skies and Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. It is the city-country swap done without roughing anything.
Around Orange
Orange’s restaurants and cellar doors — Mortimers among them — are 25 minutes south, with the Orange food trail looping the district’s producers, and the old gold villages of Ophir country in between.
