What counts as a coastal farm stay
We look for working rural properties — dairy country, cattle ridges, macadamia hills, hobby farms with animals to meet — within easy reach of the NSW coast. Some put the ocean in your windscreen (Gerringong, Seal Rocks Road); others trade surf for green hinterland twenty minutes behind the beaches (Federal, Bucca, Stokers Siding). Each listing states the drive time to the nearest beaches, villages and national parks so you can weigh paddock against sand.
