The setting
The camp sits on a quiet bush block beside Currambene Creek, and the whole point is what it leaves out: tents open to the trees, lanterns instead of streetlights, kangaroos on the track at dusk. Guest canoes let you paddle the creek down toward Huskisson, and a boardwalk through the canopy leads to The Gunyah, the camp’s treetop restaurant.
Around the camp
Huskisson’s wharf, pubs and whale-watching boats are ten minutes away, and the impossibly white curve of Hyams Beach about fifteen. The rest of Jervis Bay — Booderee National Park, dolphin cruises, the White Sands Walk — is all within half an hour.
